Terms and conditions for a commission by Shiva Snow
1. Regarding payments.
— All prices are in US dollars.
— Only PayPal, AirTM or Zinli payments are accepted.
— If the work is urgent, an additional fee of $5 will be charged.
— Commercial use will incur an additional cost, which can be discussed prior to payment.
— For projects with more than one panel, the fee will be 20% of the total cost.
— If you want NSFW of my avatar you'll be charged an extra fee for "desecration of the company's image".
— To ensure you're on the waiting list in case it's very busy, please pay 25% of the total commission amount.
— Small commissions (-10USD) pay them in full to start (includes the fee charged by the paid app).
— Large commissions (+10USD) pay half of the total starting amount (includes the commission charged by the paid app).
2. Before start drawing
— Commissions are made in order of arrival.
— Provide clear references and detailed descriptions to ensure the best possible outcome. This includes poses, backgrounds, colors, objects, clothing and everything else you need.
3. During the drawing process
— Constant updates to the drawing to give your feedback and make changes.
— Once the base color is approved, any changes will have an extra cost.
— Minimum waiting time: 1 week. Maximum: 5 weeks.
— The first draft will be completed in at least a week, unless I inform you of any issues. (Does not apply to projects involving more than one image).
— Any delays or problems during the process will be communicated promptly.
4. At the end of the commission.
— The finished commission is sent via Gmail to ensure its quality is maintained.
— Finished artwork may be posted on my portfolio or other platforms unless otherwise requested by the client.
— Full payment is required before delivery of the finished drawing.
